 Shiatsu is a Japanese style massage,  based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, much like Acupuncture without the needles.

Shiatsu focuses on moving the Qi (energy),  that flows from the 12 major meridians or energy highways throughout the body in the  muscles and joints.  Using specific techniques of pressing, kneading, passive stretching, and tapping, circulation improves, the nervous system is normalized, and accumulated stress is released - improving the function and balance of the major organs.
