Intention is everything. Just like attitude, it shapes why and how your live your life.  Allow me to create for you, an "Intention Blend" that when worn each day, will positively reinforce your desired intention. 

To create your blend, you'll experience a unique session that combines intuitive guidance for clarity and direction, with subtle energy balancing and the power of scent. During the session we will identify a positive behavior or intention you wish to create. Sacred space is created for you to completely experience your self, being your desire, simultaneously connecting this feeling with your essential oil blend.   You'll take home the blend to wear each day, that will trigger your new awareness and intention experienced in the session. 

To learn a new behavior, or to transform our thoughts, we need a distinct trigger that associates the desired behavior with it.  Intention blends are like an aromatic sticky note, reminding you on all levels, of your intention. 

The plant kingdom offers health and well being to our mind, body and spirit, which differs from traditional medicines which address physical and mental aspects only.  Aromatic plants store "vital solar energy", in concentrated form, which we extract in the form of essential oils.  Among other elements, essential oils contain "phytohormones", that like human hormones transmitting cellular information, directing responses throughout the body.  Like all living organisms, they respond to direct thought.  Unlimited potential awaits!
